Do you have the Entune app installed on your phone? I don't know how Entune behaves, or if it uses the actual Entune phone app to download OTA updates nowadays or what. But maybe check your app store for it, install and configure it, and then see if that gets the update to download. Shouldn't hurt anything. Entune Update, Software Fail, No App Access.
